Every Anmol Jewels piece is inspected before dispatch. If something is not right when it reaches you, we will make it right.
Return Window
- Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Custom, bridal, and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Earrings and nose pins cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless received damaged.
How to Initiate a Return
Send us a WhatsApp message on +91 95000 36662 with your order ID, a short note on the issue, and photos of the piece. Our team will confirm eligibility and share the return address within 24 hours.
Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the piece was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
Eligible products can be exchanged for another item of equal or higher value.
If the new product costs more, the price difference must be paid before dispatch.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
Refunds
Once the returned piece reaches us and passes inspection, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable except where the piece was received damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged product, incorrect item, or a product with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us process your request promptly, kindly share clear photographs along with a mandatory unboxing video. Once verified, our team will arrange a replacement or exchange at the earliest.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized Jewellery
- Bridal Collections
- Made-to-Order Pieces
- Earrings & Nose Pins (unless defective)
- Clearance or Sale Items (unless damaged)
