Shipping Within India
- Free shipping on orders above ₹5,000. Standard shipping charges apply below this value.
- Metro cities: 3-5 business days from dispatch.
- Other locations: 5-8 business days from dispatch.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International delivery timelines vary between 7 and 15 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
Customs duties, taxes, or import charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, damaged in transit, or marked delivered but not received, reach out to us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we will resolve it promptly.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free claims process, we strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video while opening your package. In the event of a damaged, incorrect, missing, or defective item, an unboxing video is mandatory for us to verify the issue and process a replacement or exchange. Requests submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.
